Here comes the Sun

14 days to go; the fact of the ETD getting closer is brought home by the growing number of friends who are saying good bye and bon voyage. Rather worryingly this phone's suggested auto text chose to put bon Viagra until I checked it! Keeping this device charged up on the voyage for blogging will be a challenge. So I've now got an amazing solar panel and charging pack which gives up to 6 full charges to the phone on one full pack charge. So bring out the sun! Infact I guess you'd have to accept that we've been having too much sun and far too little rain for drought to be avoided this year. That's why some of my sponsorship to help offset the voyage is in favour of the 4kWh photovoltaic array which has just been installed by my church on the roof of our community hall. Producing electricity on the Hall will help its many users reduce their carbon footprint as well as helping the church work towards its reduced emission targets. www.shrinkingthefootprint.org is the campaign of the CofE I'd flag up.
